📌 What We’re Looking For
– Bachelor’s degree fresh graduates (any major) or max. 2 years of working experience.
– Min. GPA 3.30 with active involvement in campus activities/leadership or internship experience.
– Brings energy to leadership, works well with others, adapts easily, and takes initiative.
– Enjoys tackling challenges, thinking things through, and communicating ideas clearly.
– Excited to grow long-term and open to exploring different roles or working in new locations.
– Comfortable and confident in English (spoken and written) — bonus points for additional languages such as Mandarin.
